Rebates King offers cashback and other rewards for qualifying purchases made through our platform. The availability, amount, and terms of cashback offers are subject to change without notice.

Cashback is typically credited to your account within 60-90 days after a qualifying purchase, depending on the merchant's policies. Cashback may be denied or reversed if a purchase is returned, canceled, or determined to be ineligible according to the merchant's terms.

You must have a minimum balance of 5,000 coins ($5.00) to request a payout. Payouts are processed according to the schedule and methods described in our Services.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using our Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running our Services
• Using automated means, including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, or the like to download data from our Services
• Attempting to access or search the Services through any engine, software, tool, agent, device, or mechanism other than the software and/or search agents provided by us
• Creating multiple accounts to earn referral bonuses or other rewards
• Submitting false or misleading information

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, and other matters related to our Services are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. Copying, redistributing, using, or publishing any such content, or any part of our Services, is prohibited without our express permission.

IN NO EVENT SHALL REBATES KING, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT, (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF OUR SERVICES, (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rebates King, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of and access to our Services.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Use.
